Punch Die
Stamping die is the basic equipment of industrial production. 60% -

Stamping die is a kind of special process equipment which processes
materials (metal or non-metal) into parts (or semi-finished
products) in cold stamping process. It is called cold stamping die
(commonly known as cold stamping die). Stamping is a kind of
pressure method which uses the die installed on the press to exert
pressure on the material to make it produce separation or plastic
deformation, so as to obtain the required parts.

TiN is the least expensive and most commonly used PVD ( Physical
vapor deposition ) wear resistant coating offering :
- Excellent wear resistance on cutting edges and wear surfaces
- Excellent lubricity
- Suitable thermal stability for most cold work metalworking
applications
- High microhardness of 2300 Vickers
Note : TiN works best when used with lubricants and is not
recommended for uses in stainless steel,nickel ,or copper
applications

days for mass production. but it also depend on your request and
order quantity.

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our
suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and paid the deposit for
formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

Quality?
A: You can come to our factory or let the third party for
inspection, if not, we will be as your inspection worker. we will
share you a video for production process details.
(9)Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to
arrive?
A: Ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Airline and sea shipping also optional. Or you can provide your
forworder’s information,we can contact with them to arrange the
shipment.
