The punch is installed on the stamping die perform continuous
punching and punching operations to separate or plastically deform
the processed material to obtain the desired finihsed product or
semi-finished products.
The more professional the better quality. Stable tolerance(accrate to ±0.002 ), good concentricity(sliding
fit with guide sleeve,the clearance is about 0.05 on both
sides),strong and ware-resistant(authentic SUJ2 Material Hardness
HRC60),good bending strength.
Tungsten Steel bending strength:4000MPA.
Calculated by the bending stress formula,the bending strengh of
tungsten steel can reach 4000MPA,and its bending strength is
significantly higher than the other two steel materials.
Imported materials+professional craftsmanship. Using raw materials
imported from Japan,Germany and Sweden. The service is more than

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed
samples are acceptable.but you should pay sample charges.

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

A.The common payments are T/T(Telegraphic Transfer),Paypal.

inspection, if not, we will be as your inspection worker. we will

A: Ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Airline and sea shipping also optional. Or you can provide your
forworder’s information,we can contact with them to arrange the
